This high quality security complex provides 155 serviced spacious one bedroom and two bedroom furnished apartments. These are suitable for short and extended stays.

Furnished and serviced self-contained hotel apartment accommodation:

• Fully furnished and equipped apartments with weekly service (daily service is optional) including linen and towel change.
• This accommodation is available for a minimum 1 day - 8 week stay.
• The weekly or daily rate includes electricity, hot water and Sky TV
• Telephone connection and high speed internet service are charged at $NZ20 per week

Extended stay furnished unserviced self-contained luxurious apartment rental:

• Fully furnished and equipped apartments can be let based on a minimum stay of 4 weeks.
• Additional electricity, telephone, cleaning, linen supply, high-speed Internet and electricity connection fees apply.
